1. Platform Role
TRADERG acts as a business networking and facilitation platform connecting advisors, vendors, and investors. We provide the technical infrastructure for these interactions but do not guarantee business outcomes or specific financial returns.
2. Membership & Fees
- Advisor Reg.₹10,000
- Vendor Sub.₹2,000/mo
- Partner Invest.₹5,00,000
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Responsibility
All business transactions occur directly between vendor and client. TRADERG is not liable for disputes, losses, or service issues arising from these independent agreements.
5. Advisor Commission
Advisors may earn incentives and transaction-based income.
6. User Conduct
Provide verified information
Avoid misrepresentation
No misuse of platform tools
7. IP Rights
All platform content, branding, and systems belong to TRADERG and cannot be copied or reused.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
10. Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
