1. Platform Role

TRADERG is a facilitator platform connecting vendors and clients. Products and services are provided directly by vendors.

2. Return Policy

  • Return eligibility depends on the respective vendor’s policy
  • TRADERG does not directly process product returns
  • Vendors must clearly define return terms before transaction

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are handled between vendor and client
  • TRADERG is not responsible for refund disputes
  • Platform fees (registration/subscription) are non-refundable

4. Damaged / Defective Products

  • Clients must report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Vendor is responsible for replacement or resolution
  • TRADERG may assist in communication but holds no liability

5. Service-Based Transactions

  • No refunds once service is delivered
  • Any dispute must be resolved between vendor and client

6. Dispute Support

  • TRADERG may act as a mediator
  • Final responsibility lies with vendor and client

7. Liability Disclaimer

TRADERG is not liable for:

  • Product quality
  • Delivery delays
  • Damage or losses
  • Vendor performance

8. Agreement

By using the platform, users agree to vendor-specific policies along with TRADERG’s terms.
