PUNCTUALITY
Participants are requested to join the session on time.
LATE ENTRY POLICY
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be allowed to join the session.

Please sit in a quiet, private space free from distractions during the meeting.

- Maintain a stable internet connection for a smooth meeting experience.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please inform the TRADERG team at least 24 hours in advance to request rescheduling.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Maintain respectful communication, professionalism, and decorum throughout the session.
MANDATORY VIDEO BACKGROUND
All participants must use the prescribed TRADERG virtual background during every 121 session.
DRESS CODE
Participants are expected to be dressed in smart casual or business casual attire during meetings.
OPEN NETWORKING SESSION
An additional 10-15 minute networking session will be provided for:
- Feedback sharing
- Business discussions
- Exchange of contact information
- Building professional relationships
ONE-MINUTE PRESENTATION
Each member shall deliver a one-minute presentation within the prescribed time limit. The presentation should include:
- Name
- Business Category
- Professional Experience
- Products or Services Offered
- How they can support or add value to fellow members.
